# Fixing representation errors

For representation errors in the storefront an outdated cache is the cause in most of the cases. An incorrectly compiled theme as well can lead to representation errors.

Therefore, in case of problems or representation errors, please always update the Shopware Storefront first. With just a few clicks this can be done easily and quickly:
