# Return extensions

In general, when purchasing extensions in the Shopware Store, it is always a good idea to install them in advance as a trial version in the form of a free trial month (trial version). This way you can test the extension for **30 days free of charge** and make sure that it meets your expectations.

If, despite this, you have accidentally purchased an extension incorrectly, please contact our sales department using the contact form.
