# Snippets (Languages)

The texts in the Shopware 6 storefront are implemented with snippets in the vast majority of cases. Snippets make it possible to manage recurring texts and terms centrally and use them flexibly in the storefront. They are particularly useful for quickly changing content, supporting multilingualism or ensuring consistent communication throughout the shop without having to edit the templates directly.

The storefront uses snippets from the Shopware standard template as well as snippets from the installed extensions (Apps, Plugins and Themes).

> You can find the snippet manager of Shopware 6 in the Shopware settings:

## Snippets for a different Sales Channel

If you want to use **snippets** in a Sales Channel that **deviate from the standard**, you can do this using your own **snippet set**.

This is particularly useful if you want to continue using the standard set unchanged, e.g. if you want to integrate different snippets in a Sales Channel via different URLs for Germany and Austria.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note**: Additional themes are not necessary for independent snippets in different sales channels.
{% endhint %}

#### Create a individual snippet set

You can find out how to create a individual snippet set in the Shopware documentation:

#### Assign snippet set to a domain

You can assign your individual snippet set in the settings of the corresponding sales channel via the domain configuration in the "Domains" section.
