# Returning ThemeWare®

In general, when purchasing extensions (apps, plugins or themes) from the Shopware Store, it always makes sense to install them in advance as a "trial version" in the form of a free trial month. This way you can test the extension for **30 days free of charge** and make sure that it meets your expectations. 

If, despite this, you have accidentally purchased an extension incorrectly, please contact our sales department using the contact form.
