# Identifying the extension as the cause of the error

Before reporting an issue, you can easily check yourself whether a specific extension (plugin or app) causes the problem.

## Deactivating extensions

Deactivate (not uninstall!) all used extension (plugins or apps). If the problem does no more exist after deactivating all extensions, the problem is probably due to an extension.
