Simply select the type "Minimal content" as "Layout type" in the settings of the corresponding CMS element. This layout doesn't add a description.
The wishlist is not a ThemeWare® feature but a Shopware core feature from Shopware 6.4.0.
You can activate the wishlist via the shopping cart settings ("Settings" => "Shop" => "Cart settings" => "Wishlist" => "Activate wishlist").

How can I customise snippets for individual Sales Channels?
If you want to use snippets in a Sales Channel that deviate from the standard, you can do this using your own snippet set.
This is particularly useful if you want to continue using the standard set unchanged, e.g. if you want to integrate different snippets in a Sales Channel via different URLs for Germany and Austria.
Note: Additional themes are not necessary for independent snippets in different sales channels.
Create a individual snippet set
You can find out how to create a individual snippet set in the Shopware documentation:
Assign snippet set to a domain
You can assign your individual snippet set in the settings of the corresponding sales channel via the domain configuration in the "Domains" section.
How can I change or translate a text (e.g. of widgets)?
The theme configuration is not multilingual in Shopware and therefore texts cannot be translated. This is why ThemeWare® uses snippets for translatable texts consequently.
Tip: For most of the features in the theme configuration, you will find a reference to the corresponding snippets in the help texts . Some snippets are linked so that you can click them to go directly to the snippet editor.
For example
Let's say you want to change the "Lorem ipsum" text in the "About us" widget. Proceed as follows:
Open the administration of your shop
Switch via the main navigation to the "Snippet Managment" (1) ("Settings" => "Shop" => "Snippets")
Select the desired language (2) (e.g. "BASE en-GB")
This is how you get to the snippets overview
Type a part of the text you are looking for into the search field above (3) (e.g. "Lorem ipsum")
Optional: You can select the author "TC-Innovations GmbH" as a filter on the right (4) to limit the range of snippets
The overview now only shows snippets that contain the text you are looking for
Click on the matching snippet (5) (e.g. "twt.widget.about.content")
In the block "Translations" (6) you can find all translations of the corresponding snippet
Change or translate the text
Confirm the change with the button "Save" (7)
The text has been changed. - You can apply this process to all texts in the storefront.
How do I cancel a extension rent?
To cancel a extension rental, log into your Shopware Account and go to the "Shops" section.
There you can select your domain and find your rental licenses in the lower area. Select the extension for which you want to cancel the rental and click on cancel rent. The rent will then be cancelled at the next possible time.
Note: If you have any questions or problems regarding bookings/licenses/subscriptions, please contact Shopware directly, as we as the manufacturer cannot influence this. >

How can I remove the border around a CMS block?
The border as well as the background colour and the margin under a CMS block come from ThemeWare® CMS styling.
You can activate or deactivate the CMS styling of ThemeWare® for different page types. In addition, you can customise each CMS block with special CSS classes.
You can find more information on this in the following instructions:

How can I embed Google Fonts in a GDPR compliant manner locally?
With every ThemeWare® theme (from version 1.1.3), you receive the required fonts installed locally on your server so that they do not have to be loaded from Google servers.
For more information about "Google Fonts", see the ThemeWare® Manual:
If you want to self-host fonts or install them locally, you have several options:
Check whether there is already a proper extension (plugin or app) in the Shopware Community Store.
What does the "Extension Warning" window mean when opening my admin?
If you have an extension in the shop for which you do not have a valid licence, a corresponding message appears when you open the administration. At least one licence of the extensions you are using has expired.
Shopware Extension Warning
Below the warning you will see the name of the affected extension. Shopware makes no difference whether the extension has the status "activated", "deactivated" or "uninstalled" in the extension manager.
Unlicensed plugins must be completely deleted and may not appear in the extension manager of your shop!
You can do this by using the link "Delete extension permanetly". Alternatively you can purchase a licence for the respective extension. Click on the button "Buy extension" to go to the respective page in the Community Store.
How can I use a different configuration for a Sales Channel?
In Shopware 6, each theme has exactly one configuration.
If you want to use an individual or different configuration for one or more sales channels, each sales channel must have its own theme.
In order not having to buy a theme for each Sales Channel, Shopware 6 offers you the option of creating a theme duplicate. This duplicate has its own configuration and can be assigned to another sales channel.
You can find more information on the topic of "theme duplicates" in the following article:

What does "With new Shopware version" mean?
What does "With new Shopware version" mean for an extension during the Shopware update?
An extension that is displayed as "With new Shopware version" during a Shopware update is available in a compatible version that can only be used after the Shopware update.
The corresponding extension should therefore be deactivated before the Shopware update and updated after the update.
Only activate the extension once you have updated it to a compatible version!
Note: In extremely rare cases, an extension may not be compatible with both an "old" and a new Shopware version. In this case, there are then two different versions of this extension. One for the "old" and one for the new Shopware version.
Attention: Do not activate an incompatible version of an extension in your Shopware shop!
In this scenario, the old ThemeWare® version is not compatible with the new Shopware version and the new ThemeWare® version is not compatible with the old Shopware version.
Please note the following:
Deactivate ThemeWare® before the Shopware update
Tip: To do so, assign the default Shopware theme to your Sales Channel.
New ThemeWare® version:
only activate in the new Shopware version
do not activate in the old Shopware version
Old ThemeWare® version:
only in the old Shopware version
do not activate in the new Shopware version
You can find step-by-step instructions in our update guide:
However, if you have accidentally activated an incompatible extension in your shop and no longer have access to the administration, hopefully you have followed the hints regarding the creation of a backup and can restore it.
If this is not possible, deactivate the corresponding extension via the database. The administration should then work again.
You can find more information on the topic of "Shopware compatibility" in the following article:
If you would like to change the appearance of ThemeWare® individually by means of a customisation, you can implement this customisation with the help of the following articles:
How do I configure the autoplay in the image slider?

Do I have to purchase ThemeWare® again for another Sales Channel?
Licences of extensions are valid for the domain of your main shop (= licence domain) respectively your Shopware installation. You can use extensions for all Sales Channels (e.g. subdomains) in the same installation.
Accordingly, additional licenses are required for a further Shopware installation.

What image sizes should I use with ThemeWare®?
There is no general answer to the question of the perfect image size in fluid web design. It always depends on what an image is used for and how large it is displayed.
You can find more information on this in the following article:
Unlicensed plugins must be completely deleted and may not appear in the plugin manager of your shop!
To physically delete an extension completely, the extension must be deleted from the Extension-Manager. It is not enough that it is only deactivated/uninstall, as the extension can then be reactivated/reinstalled at any time. This is also important for remedying licence violations.
You can find out how to delete an extension in the following article:

Why is ThemeWare® available several times in the Shopware store?
In addition to ThemeWare® for Shopware 5, ThemeWare® has been available for both Shopware 6 Cloud and Shopware 6 (self-hosted) since the release of Shopware 6.
For technical reasons, different extensions (apps/plugins) are necessary for this:
Our themes named after this pattern are the Shopware 5 versions of ThemeWare®.
We have developed the ThemeWare® Cloud Edition for the Shopware 6 Cloud. It offers almost all functions, countless customisation options as well as our excellent user support. The Cloud Edition is suitable for beginners and start-ups.
The ThemeWare® Pro Edition has been developed for Shopware 6 (self-hosted). It offers the full range of features, unlimited customization options (also at template level), regular prioritized updates as well as our excellent user and developer support. The Pro Edition is suitable for beginners as well as professionals and agencies.
When does the trial month end?
You can easily find out the duration of the trial month of your rental extension in your Shopware administration:
Open the administration of your shop
Navigate via the main navigation to the "Extension Management" (1) (2) ("Extensions" => "My extensions")
Of course there are separate demoshops for our Shopware 5 and Shopware 6 themes. The corresponding demoshops are linked via the product pages of all ThemeWare® themes:

How can I change the number of levels in the flyout?
The amount of "Navigation Levels" in the top navigation flyout is a Shopware core feature and can be configured in the corresponding sales channel of your shop:
Do I have to purchase ThemeWare® again for another domain?
Licences of extensions are valid for the domain of your main shop (= licence domain) respectively your Shopware installation. You can use extensions for all Sales Channels (e.g. subdomains) in the same installation.
Accordingly, additional licenses are required for a further Shopware installation.
In the block "General Settings" (3) you will find the option "Navigation levels" (4).
Change the number to the desired value
Save your change (5)
Important: Shopware currently limits the levels in the template files. After a certain value, no more levels will be displayed, regardless of the configuration.
How can I hide the product description in product boxes?
The product description in product boxes is a feature of Shopware and not of ThemeWare®. If you do not want to display this, you can simply select a listing layout without a product description (e.g. "Big image" or "Minimal content"). An additional configuration in ThemeWare® is therefore not necessary.

The subscription expires - what now?
Don't worry, you can continue to use the purchased version (which could be purchased until the end of 2023) of your extension. It's just that the extension's "subscription" expires. This means that you are no longer entitled to manufacturer support and updates.
If you do not want to use support and do not need updates, you can of course continue to use the corresponding extension.
To continue receiving support and updates for extensions, book the relevant extensions as a monthly or annual rental option.

How can I make product boxes more compact?
The "spacing" or "gaps" in product boxes – for example in product listings or product sliders – are intended by Shopware and already exist in the standard theme.
Technically seen, these are "placeholders" for informations that have to be displayed depending on the product configuration (see screenshot below).
These are e.g. information such as the rating or variant characteristics.
These "placeholders" are used to prevent product boxes from having different heights due to the lack of information in some products.
Of course, we have also thought about this and show you a few tips and optimization possibilities in the following article:
How can I fix representation errors?
Most of the representation errors in the storefront result from an outdated cache. An incorrectly compiled theme can also lead to display errors.
You can easily solve such "issues" yourself:
Tip: The Shopware cache should be completely emptied once after each update of an extension (plugins, apps or themes)!
Important: This article applies to the old purchase version for ThemeWare® that could be purchased until the end of 2023.
Note: On December 28, 2023, Shopware changed the booking options for extensions in the store. Extensions can now only be rented. Along with this, the extension subscription (subscription of purchased Extensions) has also been abolished.

There is no ThemeWare® update available in your administration, even though a new version of ThemeWare® is already listed in the Shopware Store or Service Portal?

Why does the header overlay the Shopping Experience?
The fact that the header on the home page overlays the Shopping Experience is not a bug, but a configurable effect of ThemeWare® to provide a particular look in themes such as , or .
You are probably using one of these themes, because the ThemeWare® Shopping Experience Header is already pre-configured in them.
The following article explains how you can use or deactivate this effect:
