In general, when purchasing extensions in the Shopware Store, it is always a good idea to install them in advance as a trial version in the form of a free trial month (trial version). This way you can test the extension for 30 days free of charge and make sure that it meets your expectations.

If, despite this, you have accidentally purchased an extension incorrectly, please contact our sales department using the contact form.

The Extension Management lists all the extensions that you have currently added to your Shopware account or your Shopware installation. Here you can manage and edit them.

Extensions in Shopware 6 are managed in the following order:

• Purchase extensions

  • Purchase extensions

• Install extensions

• Maintain extensions

• Remove extensions

• Open the administration of your shop

• Switch via the main navigation to the "Extension Management" (1) (2) ("Extensions" => "My Extensions")

• Deactivate the extension via the switch button (3) on the left of the extension logo

The extension has now been deactivated.

• Open the administration of your shop

• Switch via the main navigation to the "Extension Management" (1) (2) ("Extensions" => "My Extensions")

• Click on the Context-Button (3) next to the theme to open the context menu and click on "Uninstall" (4)

• In the following pop-up you have to confirm the uninstallation with the "Uninstall" button once again

The extension has now been uninstalled.

• Open the administration of your shop

• Switch via the main navigation to the "Extension Management" (1) (2) ("Extensions" => "My Extensions")

• Activate ThemeWare® via the switch button (3) on the left of the ThemeWare® logo

The extension has now been activated.

• Open the administration of your shop

• Switch via the main navigation to the "Extension Management" (1) (2) ("Extensions"=> "My extensions")

• Click the Context-Button (3) next to the theme in order to open the context menu and click "Remove" (4)

• Log in to the Shopware Account within the tab "Shopware Account" with your account update your data so that the deletion of the extension is updated in the entire system.

The extension has now been removed.

Extensions with valid licenses will be displayed in the Extension Management even after "removing" them, because the corresponding account still owns this license. You can remove/archiv the license itself in your Shopware Account:

• Go to your Shopware Account at and cancel the rental there. Without this cancellation, the rental contract will continue to be charged.
