Preview images in the Shopping Experience editor show placeholder images

Instead of the selected images, the placeholder images are displayed. Unfortunately, this affects all CMS elements, including those from ThemeWare®. The correct images are nevertheless displayed in the Storefront.

Unfortunately, there was a bug in Shopware 6.4.14 in the Shopping Experience editor regarding the preview images of CMS elements. This was reported to Shopware and fixed with version 6.4.15.

Just update Shopware to version 6.4.15.

If you could not solve the problem, simply start the ThemeWare® Debugging. You can open a support ticket in case you are not able to solve the problem yourself:

Note: Unfortunately, there are still scenarios in which the preview images are not always displayed correctly. If one case is solved, there will be a problem in another case. As long as the images are displayed correctly in the storefront, you will have to live with it for the time being.
